The Company provides Life insurance to all confirmed employees with ample coverage.
Confirmed employees and their immediate family members are covered for medical treatment for outpatient and hospitalization.
Confirmed employees are entitled to a yearly dental subsidy paid by the Company.
Confirmed employees are entitled to a yearly glasses’ subsidy paid by the company.
Employees’ travel for foreign assignments is covered under comprehensive travel insurance.
Paid time off
Eligible employees are entitled to annual leave, which increases based on length of service up to a maximum of 16 days per year.
In addition to the annual sick leave entitlement of up to 22 days per year, all confirmed employees are granted a maximum of 60 days if hospitalization is necessary.
Up to 20 days are paid to observe national and state holidays.
Granted for employees first legal marriage for 3 days.
Applicable according to local employment act, employees are to up to 98 days for mothers and 7 days for fathers.
Additionally, up to 7 days paid compassionate leave per year are granted to eligible employees in the event of natural disasters and death of immediate family members.
